PREPARE FOR CLASS
Come to class 15 min before start time
Come to class with a empty stomach. Generally one can consider the stomach empty two hours after eating
Can bring water but bottled water available for $1
Bring a yoga mat a long towel if needed on your mat (some mats available)
You should wear loose, but fitting, comfortable clothes. No jeans
(Sweat pants and a tank top, fitted cotton pants, clothes you can move freely in)
Bring a sweater or small blanket for relaxation at end of class to keep you warm.
No gum, no shoes in studio room, no scented perfumes.
Everyone that come to class must fill out a consent form
terms, conditions, health information also if your under 18 you must have a parent or guardian sign the forms
Please be respectful as this is a business but also my home
