Classes are drop in at $11.00 and run for 1 hour
Private sessions are $50.00

Come out for an hour for tea, relax and unwind. Guided relaxation and meditation, chants, singing and techniques you can use on a daily basis, chakra balancing using colours, Deep breathing, Breathing techniques. Discussions may take place after class.

behaviour. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, headaches and
insomnia. Enhances energy, strength and vigour.
